There are just 9 Porsche dealerships in Belgium, and with the purchase of Porsche Centre Oost-Vlanderen, 7 of them are part of D’Ieteren Luxury Performance.
Phillipe de Craene, who built the dealership to be the 2nd largest in Belgium, is happy with his choice. Having spent a year searching for the perfect partner when his children decided not to take over, he is convinced that D’Ieteren Luxury Performance will see the business into the future.
Destination Porsche in Oost Flanders
Part of that future is the renovated Destination Porsche showroom. From the moment of arrival, visitors are plunged into the world of Porsche and given a personalised welcome with their name displayed on the screen. They then move through a variety of modular spaces, each with its own immersive experience from design through to soundscape. Digitalisation plays a key role in the customer journey, and after perusing materials and colours at will, potential buyers can view their selection as a 3D model on a giant screen.
Gone are endless rows of cars and in their place, a bar/lounge, comfortable leather seats, behind-the-scenes views over the workshop and a glass of champagne to celebrate a purchase. This is a place where enthusiasts, current and potential clients can come together. Naturally, an exclusive selection of cars is still on view, 12 in total, displayed like precious jewels, speeding into the future.
